She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Garcia and Catarina Garcia; her husband Jesus Nieto Jr.; her daughter Dubelia Nieto; her siblings, Mariaita Garcia, Juanita Garcia Montez, San Juanita Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Alfredo Garcia, Manuel Garcia, Donicio Garcia, Francisco Garcia and David Alvarez; and her grandson Andrew Joel Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her children, Ofelia Rodriguez (Juan) and Miguel Nieto "Mike"; and her siblings, Elena Villarreal and Jose Garcia (Pabla). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and 10 Great-Great Grandchildren.
