He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Maria Rebecca Galvan Moreno; his mother-in-law Dominga M. Almeida; his brothers-in-law, Oscar and Hector Zapata; his wife Celestina Z Moreno; his children, Talisha Moreno (Tony) and George Luis Moreno Jr.; his grandchildren, Emilio Estevan, Aneli Marie and Kianhna Rebecca; his father Jose Modesto Moreno Sr.; his siblings, Adelaida Moreno Sanchez (Robert), Irene Moreno, Rita Moreno, Maria Rebecca (Juan M. Sobrevilla Jr.), Jose Luis Moreno Sr., Juan P. Moreno (Angelica), Jose Modesto Moreno Jr. and Lupe Moreno; his sister-in-law Lori Ann Trejo; his father-in-law Ted Almeida Jr.; and his uncle Valentin. He was also cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
