He is survived by: his children, Anita Marie Espinoza (Jose), Rudy Ortiz, Matthew Ortiz (Amanda) and Daniel Espinoza Jr. (Elisa); and his siblings, Matilda Zamora, Elodia Wilson, Dora Simmons, Eva Lester, Cruz Ortiz Jr., Lupe Ortiz, Israel Ortiz and David Ortiz. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
