He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Garcia and Cesilia M. Garcia; his wife Alicia T. Garcia; and his siblings, Maria Guerrero, Lucia Lopez, Irene Cancino, Jesus Garcia and Manuel Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Esther Cisneros (JR), Sara Garcia, Estella Garcia Alvarado, Francisco Garcia Jr. (Frances), Rudolpho Garcia (Melissa) and Joel Garcia (Virginia); and his siblings, Julie Pena (Bernadardo) and Marcelino Garcia (Hortencia).
