He is survived by: his wife Margarita Gutierrez; his children, Cristelia Cavazos (Pedro), Maria Criselea Gaitan (Daniel), Juan David Gutierrez of Mathis, Texas and Jose Flavio Gutierrez of Mathis, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ramiro Torres Jr., Juan David Gutierrez Jr., Donna Marie Salazar, Gasper Torres Jr., Isabel Gutierrez, Ricardo Gaitan and Jose Flavio Gutierrez III. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
