He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo DeLeon and Gregorea Zamora DeLeon; his wife Maria M. DeLeon; and his siblings, Belia Vasquez, Roberto, Pedro, Ricardo and Raul DeLeon.
He is survived by: his children, Armando, Abel Deleon (Gloria), Alicia Estrada (Roy), Armandina Martinez (Robert), Ernestina Gamez, Arturo DeLeon, Ernesto DeLeon Jr. (Natasha), Elejas DeLeon (Petra) and Erasmo DeLeon (Clarissa). He is also survived by children, but by his thirty-four grandchildren, sixty-four great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
