She was predeceased by: her husband Joe E. Morin; her son Jessie Morin; her parents, Julian Abundez and Juanita Vela Abundez; and her sisters, Julia Rodriguez, Manuela Benavides, Carolinia Abundez and Margarita Perez.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Garza (George) of Lake Charles, Samantha Flores of Wilmar, MN, Joe Morin, Jr. (Marivel) of Houston, TX and Julian C. Morin of Kingsville, TX; her siblings, Celso Abundez, Fidencio Abundez of Kingsville, TX, Tina Olivarez of Arkansas Pass, TX and Sophia Florez of Caralton, GA; and her grandchildren, Amanda Garza, Xavier Garza, Skye Benavidez, Mia Gutierrez, Timothy Morin and Jasmine Morin. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
