It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elda Herrera Silva (Mathis, Texas), who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eliseo Herrera and Maria Garcia Herrera; and her siblings, Jesus Herrera and Eva Moreno. She is survived by: her children, Maria Gonzalez, Angelica Rangel (Silva), Christina Silva and Ismael Silva Jr; and her sisters, Estefana Deleon, Sylvia Serna and Emma Ruiz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
