She was predeceased by: her parents, Dollie Blain of Woodsboro and William "Bill" Blain; her sister Rosetta; her brother-in-law Bob Swartz of Premont; her brother Larry Blain of Lompoc, California.; her husband Charles Perry; and her daughter Valerie Lea Mayhall.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Balderas (Greg) of San Antonio and Charles Perry "Trey" Mayhall (Nicole) of Orange Grove; her grandchildren, William "Will", Brieana "Brie" Balderas, Ethan, Haylie Mayhall and Clayton Balderas; and her brother Danny Blain of Woodsboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
