He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Garcia. He is survived by: his parents, Baldelio Luna and Francisca Garcia; his children, Valentina Garcia, Virginia Garcia, Julie Ann Ramos (Isaac), Arturo Garcia Jr. (Avelisia), Roland Garcia, Joe David Garcia (Jessica) and Frank Garcia; and his siblings, Gloria Silvas, Ana Luna, Leticia Luna and Alvino Garcia. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild, and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
