He was predeceased by: his parents, Luciano Hernandez and Francisca Hernandez; his children, Anthony, Aaron, Abigail and Amy Hernandez; and his siblings, Sylvia Moreno, Ramon and Reymundo Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Oralia Hernandez; his siblings, Dominga Quinonez and Fernando Hernandez (Irma); and his niece Ruby Sanchez. He is also survived by six nieces; 12 nephews; two grandnieces; three grandnephews; four great- grandnieces; and three great- grandnephews.
