He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus O. Mengers and Alvena Atzenhofer Mengers. He is survived by: his wife Margie L. Mengers; his children, Scott Mengers (Roberta) and Lisa Arndt (Bart); his sister Loretta Maedgen (Buddy); his brother-in-law James Lehrmann (Melody); and his grandchildren, Gus Mengers (Cheyenne), Chloe Mengers, Taylor Arndt and Dylan Arndt.
