He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Maldonado and Tomasa Maldonado; his wife Catarina Maldonado; and his brothers, Noe and Pete Maldonado.
He is survived by: his children, Belia Lopez (Gregorio), Noemi Vargas, Eufrida Olvera (Jose), David Maldonado (Margaret) and Alfred Maldonado Jr. (Mary); and his brother Erasmo Maldonado. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 49 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great Grandchildren.
