He is survived by: his mother Angelita Figueroa Gutierrez; his children, Virginia Gutierrez and Brandon Gutierrez; his sisters, Laura Gutierrez and Nadine Gutierrez; his nephew Joshua Gutierrez; his niece Marivel Martinez; and his grandchildren, Renesmee Gutierrez, Mason Landen Gutierrez, Jaxon Lynn Gutierrez, Alizay Gutierrez, Ziandra Gutierrez and Alexis Camacho.
