Lucille Karnei Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Karnei in Matagorda, Texas, born in Orange Grove, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Roth and Ella Brieger Roth; her husband John Karnei; her son Kenneth Wayne Karnei; and her sisters, Leona Fuhrken and Lilian Nesloney.
She is survived by: her children, Artis Karnei (Javona) of Corpus Christi, TX and Cheryl Young (Larry) of El Campo, TX; her grandchildren, Kody Karnei (Nancy), Keaton Karnei, Amber Perigue (Johnny Bell) and Erin Moya (Frank); her great grandchildren, Karolina Karnei, Madison Perigue, Makenna Perigue, Oliver Bell, Bradley Moya and Rowan Moya; and her sister Marrian Baldeschwiler.
In lieu of flowers, the family request all donations be made to her church, First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Orange Grove, TX.
