He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Douglas Cline and Johnnie Lee Wleczyk (Groda); and his granddaughter Kaire Ann Kaluza. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cline; his children, Shannon Cline, David Duane Cline, Jr. (Lindsee) and Hannah El Zein (Mohamed); his stepsons, Danny Kaluza and Jonathan Kaluza (Amber); his siblings, Donald S. Cline (Kerri) and Sherry Cline McWhorter (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Julian Cline, Kendyl Cline, Peyton Welch, Anthony Kaluza and Jeremiah Kaluza. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
