It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Wendt of Matagorda, Texas, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dan Wendt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. A. Wendt and Mary Wendt; his brothers, Rudolph, William and Howard "Tooksy" Wendt; and his children, Jimmy and Ann Wendt.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Lewis Wendt; his daughters, Kathy Wendt and Nancy Kubecka (Gene Kubecka); his grandchildren, Daniel Kubecka (Lauren Kubecka) and Jenna Sneed (Jonathan Sneed); his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Laney, Callie Kubecka and Aiden Sneed; and his son-in-law Gene.
