Leona Terry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 94, Leona Terry of Matador, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Martin and Ethel Martin; her former spouse L. M. Cox; her son Donald Quinten Cox; her husband Ellis Terry; and her brother Curtis Ewell Martin.
She is survived by: her sister Joy Archer; her brother-in-law Leo of Matador; her son Ronnie Cox (Shelley) of Matador; her daughter-in-law Dee Cox Gregory of Georgetown; and her grandchildren, Ron Cox (Lauren) of Lubbock, Shawn Reding (Greg) of Sanger, Cory Miller (Justin) of Canyon and Cary Edwards (Wes) of Canyon. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Friends who would prefer a memorial other than flowers are encouraged to make a donation to the Motley County Senior Citizens Center or East Mound Cemetery Association.
