With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmie Lee Jameson of Matador, Texas, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jimmie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob. She is survived by: her sons, Leslie (Linda), Larry (Lisa) of Shallowater and Lynn (Janet) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Christi (Ryan), Bradley (Krystal), Brandi Jameson and Lyndi Jameson; and her great great grandchild Kimber Dawn. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1314 Main St, Matador, TX 79244. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Matador Methodist Church (902 Dundee Ave, Matador, TX 79244). A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the East Mound Cemetery Cemetery.
