He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ruhl and Gertrude Ruhl (Bowen); his wife Linda Ruhl; and his sister Gerri Jones. He is survived by: his former wife Kathrine Westley; his stepchildren, Lloyd Ruhl (Hazel), Andrew Ruhl, Lee Ruhl (Gina), Robert Ruhl, James Farr (Suzette), Cindi Kieke (Glen) and Rebecca Jo Maycroft; his grandchildren, Nikki Ruhl, Cristina Deocampo, Christopher Hall, Crystal Eneix, Elisabeth Ruhl of Robert, G. E, Mathew Allen, John Allen, Thomas Allen, Justen Lutz and Duncan Aumiller; and his nephew David Jones.
