She was predeceased by: her parents, Gideon Kothmann and Verna Mae Kothmann; her husband Raymond Lee Brandenberger; her brother Winnard Kothmann; her stepdaughter Dee Ann Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Harold Schmidt and Daymond Brandenberger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sammie Veit (Mark) and Jodie Mahan; her grandchildren, Chelsea Garrett (Cody) and Garrett Veit; her sister Mary Schmidt; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Kothmann and Betty Brandenberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
