She was predeceased by: her parents, LeJeune Kirchhoff and Wilbert "Bert" Kirchhoff. She is survived by: her husband Michael Smith of Mason; her children, Matthew (Jenny), Silver of Stephenville, Texas., Ashlyn and Kai of Cypress, Texas.; and her siblings, Melissa Taylor (Robin), Marie Kirchhoff and Mark Kirchhoff (Tammy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Hill Country Hospice, MD Anderson Cancer Center, or Mason Education Foundation.
