He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Frazier and Leslie Martin Frazier; and his siblings, Leslie Frazier and Evelyn Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Bobbye; his son David (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Marshall (Maddie) of San Antonio and Madeline Horton (Kade) of Midland; and his nieces and nephews, Billy McBee (Pat), Gary Hedrick, Marva Garber and Marsha Wynn.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in his honor to Hill Country Memorial Hospice in Fredericksburg, Texas.
