Marian Leifeste Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marian Leifeste of Mason, Texas, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin, Sr. Dannheim and Eddie Grace Boston Dannheim; her husband Calvin Leifeste; her son Dwight Neil; her son-in-law Ferd T. Slocum, Jr.; her brother Alvin Dannheim, Jr.; her parents-in-law, Hilton and Marie Leifeste; and her siblings-in-law, Maurice Leifeste and Beth Leifeste Alm.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Kettner (Fred) and Lori Slocum; her brother Donald Dannheim (Carol); her sister-in-law Doris Dannheim of Mason; her grandchildren, Kelly Kettner (Deborah), Jill Cochran (Steve), Lena Walker (Jeff), Ferd Taylor Slocum, III, Cassey Slocum and Cristi Slocum; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Riley, Kyle Kettner, Clara, Cale Cochran, Taylor, Evan Holbert, Reese and Emry Walker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
Face coverings are required and social distancing is requested.
The family suggests donations in memory of Marian to be made to Art United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
