He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Roberts and Elmer Roberts; his siblings, John, Ruth, Charles and Annette; and his former wife Paula Elliot Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fisher Roberts; his children, Eli Morris Roberts (Liz), Jesse Spurgeon Roberts, Jeremy Lee Roberts (Deborah), Corey Brandon Roberts (Lyss) and Erin Elisabeth Roberts (Dawson Majors); and his sister Barbara.
In lieu of flowers, the family desires memorials or contributions be made to any local, state, or national park or system, to a local food bank of your choice, or to the Mayo Clinic Neurology Department at Rochester, Minnesota.
