He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulino Sr. Palacio and Anestacia Palacio; his wife Luisa Velasquez Palacio of Fort Stockton; his sons, Estevan Palacio and Oscar Palacio; and his siblings, Mary Trevino, Frances Soto, Enrique Palacio, Alfredo Palacio, Paulino Palacio Jr. and Louis Palacio.
He is survived by: his sons, Adan Palacio (Rosario) of Brady, Abel Palacio (Norma) of Lampasas, Daniel Jr. Palacio (Rebecca) of Mason and Arturo Palacio (Marisela) of San Angelo; his siblings, Irene Gloria (Andrew) of Brownwood, Louisa Macareno of Mason, David Palacio of Mason, Moses Palacio Sr. of San Angelo and Pete Palacio (Diane) of San Angelo, Texas.; and his grandsons, Ray Palacio, Joshua Palacio, Nicholas Palacio, Joseph Palacio, Johnathan Palacio and Justin Palacio. He is also survived by 12 siblings, 14 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
