He is survived by: his wife Mary Polk; his son Mel Polk; his daughter-in-law Lisa Polk; his daughter Rae Beth Polk; his daughter-in-law Debbie Owen; his granddaughter Taylor Clee-Charlton; his grandson-in-law John Clee-Charlton; his great grandchild Oliver Clee-Charlton; his granddaughter Rachel Martin; his grandson-in-law Kyle Martin; his caregiver Irene Gutierrez; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Simpson, Virginia James and John Ory. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Burley's name to the Mason County Food Bank.
