He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hofmann and Billie Bell Hofmann. He is survived by: his wife Carol Carpenter; his cousin Hoppy; his grandchildren, Blixen and Christian; his son Rob Hofmann (Shannon); his sister Jill Tallent of Mason; his aunt Hazel Johnson of San Angelo; his niece Christi Jill Fulton; his cousins, Rex Hofmann, Jeff Johnson and Steve Johnson; his nephew David Carpenter; his cousin Brandon Moneyhon; and also Antonio Chavez (Henry Dominguez Jr.).
