She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Tarver and Christine Tarver; her husband Dudley Steapp; and her former spouse Boone Kemp. She is survived by: her children, Edward Steapp and Katherine Steapp; her sister-in-law Luann Hooten; and her sister Caroline Raines of Little Elm. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
