She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldophine Meeks and Virginia Forbes Meeks; her husband Garnett Belcher; her siblings, Juanita Furrow, Barbara Collins, Everett, Cecil, Jerry, Ray and Thomas Meeks; and her daughter-in-law Jeanie Belcher.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Bowers, Tammy Belcher and Frank Belcher; her brother Allen Meeks; her grandchildren, Kayla Barley, David Belcher, Brittany Belcher and Cody Rivers; and her great grandchildren, Leon Michael Belcher and Carter James Belcher.
