He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Savitsky Aconis and Andrew Michael Aconis; his wife Mary "Marushka" Aconis; and his children, Cathy Smallwood, Susan Moore and Johnny Ludden. He was also cherished by spouses; and five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in his memory.
