With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Howard Daniel Sr. of Martindale, Texas, born in Roby, Texas, who passed away on April 25, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Daniel and Hannah Gruben Daniel; and his sisters, Iva Mae Wilkins (Edmund), Lucille Pearce (Philo), Nathalia Russell (Ferrell) and Carlita Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bruton Daniel; his daughter-in-law Kristin; his daughter Kathleen Daniel (Mike Thomas); his grandchildren, Kyle Wayne Hartmann (Tessa), Brandon James Hartmann and Kassy Renee Daniel; his great grandchild Jack Aaron Brooks Banegas; and his brother-in-law Edward Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice of New Braunfels or the First Baptist Church Televison Ministry, San Antonio, Texas.
