He is survived by: his wife Isabel Avalos; his children, Irene A. Gonzales, Teresa A. Cordero, Anastacio Avalos, Jr. (Debbie) and Gerardo Avalos (Connie); his siblings, Anita Sambrano, Estella Alvarez, David Avalos, Valentine Avalos, Pedro Avalos and Frank Castilleja; and his pets, Carmelita and Curly. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
