He is survived by: his wife Rose Manning; and his children, Dianne "Frank" Freeman, Ricky "Keisha" Manning, Darlene "Jimmy" Willie, Fay Lavergne, Patrick "Gail" Fannin, Willie Manning Jr., Anthony Fannin and Shirley Carter. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
