He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dale Southworth and Doris L. Cheever Southworth. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Mae Southworth of Woodlawn; and his sisters, Louann Southworth and Becky Butler. He is also survived by special friends and relatives.
