He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Kreutzkamp; his stepfather Bob Kreutzkamp; his sister Robin Bartlett; his mother-in-law Alma Grantland; and his stepmother Juanita Bartlett.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Bartlett of Tatum; his father William E. Bartlett of Anniston, AL; his son Jerrett; his daughter-in-law Kelly Bartlett of New Braunfels; his children, William T. Bartlett (Jodi Dallas) of Denton and Baby Girl; his nephew Alex Kreutzkamp of San Antonio; his stepsons, David and Cody Thomas; and his stepgrandchildren, Kylie and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to UT Health East Texas HOPE Cancer Center of Tyler, Tx in Billy's honor.
