He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Doyal Cisco and Fannie Wilson; and his wife Martha Marie Mejia Cisco. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Cisco Jr. (Cathy), Marcus Cisco (Denise) and Laura Cisco Kavanaugh (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Joseph Catholic Church or Marshall Animal Shelter in his honor.
