She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman "Dank" Butler and Virgie Mae Fleetwood Butler. She is survived by: her husband David Neal Mathis; her sons, Darrell Mathis, Anthony Mathis, Stormie Russell and Billy Mathis Jr. (Julie); her sisters, Sherry Stewart (Bobby) and Lottie Butler; her grandson Skyler Mathis (Kelsey); and her great grandchildren, Koda Mathis and Kinleigh Mathis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
