She was loved and cherished by many people including: her pet Sissy; her mother Vera Jane Boazeman; her sons, Gary Arthur (Kristi) of Marshall, TX and Frankie Arthur (Jenifer) of Flower Mound; her brother Jerry Foley (Pat) of Marshall, TX; her grandchildren, Hunter Arthur (Chasitee) of Springfield, MO, Jack Arthur of Flower Mound, Kayci Walker (Rob) of Longview, TX, Kate Arthur of Flower and Paige Tomlinson of Marshall, TX; her great grandchildren, Liam, Lincoln Arthur and Hensley Walker; her brother-in-law Charles Allen; her nieces, Kay Downs, Joyce Hammers (Ronnie), Misty Foley and Judy Courtney (John); her husband Charles F. Phelps; her father Arthur Foley; her siblings, Connie Patterson, Mary Jane Allen and Bobby Foley (Mollie); and her niece Christy Foley Fulbright.
