She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Kizer and Sue Kizer. She is survived by: her sister Michelle Kizer Morris (Neil); her husband George Carter III; her sons, James Everett Woodley (Lana) and Matthew Stephen Woodley (Klyssa); her grandchildren, Chase, Madison, Greyson, Jadyn, Jynli and Westin Woodley; her stepson George Carter IV (Melanie); her sister-in-law Lal Terrell; her nieces and nephews, Trey Terrell, Cabe Terrell (Kim), Joe Morris (Jenny) and Will Morris; her close friends, Dana, Marianne Havron, Ted, Angela Huffhines and Richard Kale; and also Rex.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home (100 E Travis St, Marshall, TX 75670). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
