Sue left this world on February 11, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlile and Sadie Ann Cooper; her former husband John Thomas; and her siblings, Faye, Annie, Berniece, Bobbie, Sammie, Buddy, Gene, Jerry, Tommy, Johnny Mac and Elaine.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Welch (Steve), Bryan "Bubba" Thomas (Kerrie) and Charles "Chuckie" Thomas; her grandchildren, Michael Welch (Kristen), Brad Welch, B. J. Welch (Jasmine), Krystin Williamson (Ethan) and Heather Madrid (Keith); and her great grandchildren, Destiny, Mackenzie, Drake, Remington, Garret, Brooklynn, Carter, Brody, Holden, Korben, Emmett and Blakelynn.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home (100 E Travis St, Marshall, TX 75670).
