She was predeceased by: her parents, John Travis Wells (Father) and Johnnie Opal Allen Wells (Mother). She is survived by: her husband Ned Calvert of Marshall, Texas; her sons, Philip Calvert of Marshall and Matt Calvert (Molly) of Porter, Texas; and her grandchildren, Maggie and Canon Calvert of Porter, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Children's Ministry of Immanuel Baptist.
