He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hargrove Brown and Marjorie Barnwell Brown; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Owen. He is survived by: his sister Dale Brown Owen; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Anderson Tremback of Heath, TX, Denise Courcy (Chris) of Burleson, TX, Randall Owen (Charity) of Southlake, TX., Savanna, Tessa, Josh, Heather Tremback, Lauren Courcy (Carter), Chelsea, Chase Randall, Solera, Siena and Madoc Owen; and his former wife Betty Lamb.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM and on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to Friends of Marshall Animals, Michelson Museum of Art, Mission Marshall or the charity of your choice.
