He is survived by: his children, Jayna Lay (Glenn Lay), Morris Fowler, Stacy Armitage, LeeAnn Chester, Ricky Merchant, Crystal Merchant, Jamie and Shari; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Chester, Bradley Chester, Alex Chester, Brayden Chester, Dorian Armitage and Sara Merchant; his brothers, Ben Conditt and Buck Conditt; his nephew George Mamer (Kim); and his pet Paco El Salvador Conditt.
