He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Rowley; and his son Michael Rowley. He is survived by: his grandsons, James Rowley and James S. Rowley; his children, Leanne Rowley Serrano and Roger W Rowley Jr.; and his grandchildren, Lara Rowley, Catherine Martin, Harley Dyer, Stephen Shirley, April Desalvo, Conan Rowley, Amanda Rowley, Mikayla Pool, Katelyn Rowley and Jessica Rowley.
