He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Elias Hardcastle and Mary Catherine Bowers Hardcastle; his wife Dorothy Maxine Franks Hardcastle; his children, Lonny Gene Hardcastle, Tori Hardcastle Dunn and Thomas Chad Hardcastle; and his sister Vallory Hardcastle.
They spent a couple years attending a bible college – "Word of Faith" in Dallas, Texas where they received a foundation of the Word of God to help guide and direct their lives.
