It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ford of Marshall, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Ford to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Henry Ford, Sr. and Pauline Pearl Gilstrap Ford; his wife Vicky Ford; his sisters, Betty (Guy Nightingale) and JoAnn (Leo Burns); his brothers-in-law, EJ May and Wayne Chambers; and his nephews, Dale Ford and Scotty Nightingale.
He is survived by: his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Ford; his granddaughters, Kensley, Gracey and Shaley Ford; his close friend Gayle Bice; and his sisters, Peggy Chambers and Paula May. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to River Crossing Cowboy Church or to Pine Forest Baptist Church of Hallsville.
