He was predeceased by: his siblings, Larry Fisher and Elizabeth Gale Fisher; and his brother-in-law Charles Bright. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bright Fisher; his son Richard Bryant "Rick" Fisher (Pam) of Marshall; his brother Pope Fisher (Pat) of Longview, TX; his grandchildren, Stefanie Spencer (Nate) of Dallas, TX, Ronnie Holland (Mandy) of Marshall, Jason Childs (Heather) of Marshall and Amanda Myhre of Marshall; and his great grandchildren, Nola-Kate, Henley, Kingston, Ari Spencer, Ryan Holland, Zoe, Zane, Mackenzie, Zach Childs, Mason, Hannah Myhre and Blade Lenz.
