He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Phillip Baldwin and Mertie Baldwin; his sons, Andrew Browning Baldwin and John Scott Baldwin; and his sister Nancy Baldwin Rohtert.
He is survived by: his son Phillip Benjamin Baldwin, III (Amber); his grandson John Browning Baldwin; his sisters, Janie Chrisenberry (Bradley) and Rebecca Clark (Bruce); his nieces, Kathryn Clark Parker, Laura Clark Van Leeuwen and Sarah Stroemer; and his nephew William Cameron Clark.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Downs Funeral Home (4608 Elysian Fields Rd, Marshall, TX 75672). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
