He is survived by: his wife Donna Harber Ford; his children, Phillip "Bobby" Ford Jr. (Lisa), Rhonda Stewart (Tim) and Jason Shepard (Christie); his goddaughter Heather Voelkel (Colby); his grandchildren, Phillip "Blake" Ford (Kassie), Colton Ford (Kendyl), Reagan Harrist, Abby Shepard, Logan Shepard, Karley Ford, Caleb Ford, Adley Ford, Karston Peace, Baby Ford, Kendyl, Cason Bonsall, Ellie Voelkel and Matthew Voelkel; his sisters, Pam Ford and Barbara Ford; the mother of his children Anita Stanfield (Rusty); his nieces, Phillis Shields, Nancy White, Susan Best, Tiffany Self and Laura Radigk; and his friend Rusty Asaff.
